With marine-use three-phase asynchronous motors operating at 380V 50HZ or 440V 60HZ. They can also be paired with Y-J series three-phase induction motors specifically designed for large ships, ensuring reliable and efficient performance in marine applications.
JCL series marine centrifugal fan is one of our major products. The diameter of the impeller is 150-580mm, capacity 3 5000-21000m /h. The impeller is made of aluminum alloy.
The impeller of the ventilator fan is constructed with aluminum alloys and is meticulously riveted. It undergoes meticulous static and dynamic balance adjustment processes to ensure optimal performance and smooth operation.
The casing and air-inlet of the ventilator are made of durable steel and meticulously soldered together to form a robust and airtight structure. This construction ensures reliable and efficient airflow, preventing any air leakage or loss during operation.
This centrifugal fan be configured to rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise. Left rotation, indicated by the marking “L,” refers to the counterclockwise rotation of the impeller when viewed from the front perspective of the motor. This clear designation ensures proper identification of the rotation direction for seamless integration and effective operation of the ventilators.
