Ship Ventilation Fan For Sale

The CBZ and FAX series explosion-proof axial flow ventilators (referred to as EPVFV) have an explosion-proof grade of dIICT5. These ventilators are capable of effectively removing gas mixtures or vapors containing combustibles and explosives, as well as handling ordinary air and corrosive environments such as sea air with salt fog. With their robust design and explosion-proof capabilities, the CBZ and FAX series EPVFV provide a reliable solution for ventilation in hazardous environments containing potentially dangerous substances.

CBZ Series Marine Explosion Proof Ventilation Structure

The CBZ Series Explosion Proof Axial Fan is available in three types, each with its own structure and installation method. The entire ventilation fan structure is designed to be non-sparking, ensuring safety in potentially explosive environments.

Type I – Deck Type: This type includes a hood and an explosion-proof motor installed on the top of the machine frame. It features a wide mesh cover with a mesh density of 2 meshes per square inch. The ventilation fan is vertically fixed on the deck and can be used for either air extraction or air supply purposes.

Type II – Duct Type: This type does not have a hood. It incorporates a built-in explosion-proof motor mounted on the housing, with the downstream guide vane facilitating installation. It can be installed vertically or horizontally, and it is also suitable for deck mounting.

In addition to these standard types, the fan can be customized to meet specific customer requirements, resulting in Type III, Type IV, or Type V configurations.

  • Type III: This configuration involves placing the ventilation fan and motor in separate cabins, with a driving device, sealed box, and flexible couplings. It is primarily used for exhaust purposes in hazardous compartments.
  • Type IV and Type V: These types are vertically fixed on the deck and offer specific features based on customer needs.
